We bought these tools before we built one.
Between us, our founding team has spent over a hundred years in B2B customer sales, service and success. We bought most of the tools we now compete with. None of them ever added up to an operation that worked.
The same problem in every company we ran.
Different verticals, different sizes, the same problem every time. A stack of good products, some of them from the biggest names in the category, and still no straightforward way to run the operation. Each tool worked. Together they did not.
What sales promised, what delivery built and what success inherited were three different versions of the same customer. Reconciling them took a meeting.
A new hire spent their first quarter learning which of seven systems to trust, and who to ask when none of them agreed.
Every new customer added manual work, so we hired instead of fixing it. Customers noticed.
So we built what we kept trying to assemble: one customer record, shared engines underneath, and the work of three teams in one place.
No AI action reaches your customer without a person approving it.
Not as a default, and not as a setting an administrator can turn off. It is built into the product. Everything customer-facing goes through an approval request first.
We know how that looks next to a demo of an agent sending the email itself. We would rather be on the side we can defend to your customer and your auditor.
You decide how much the assistant does internally, action by action: summarising calls, ranking the portfolio, drafting plans, preparing briefings. Turn it up as far as your team is comfortable with.
Anything that reaches the customer waits for a named person to approve it: an email, a plan they will read, a commitment made on your behalf. That setting does not exist, and we are not going to add it.
If we cannot show you how a number was produced, we do not show the number. Health components, churn factors and model versions all appear next to the result.
Run on our infrastructure or an approved model inside your own environment, under your AI data policies, with a log of what was sent and why.
Permissions are checked on the server. The product refuses the request instead of hiding the button.
Judge us on the product.
A demo says more about us than this page can. Every one runs on your own data, and every screen on this site is a real capture.
